Jeff Merovitz was one of The Telepoint Group’s original co-founders, and has served as its president since its inception in 1997. Throughout his tenure, Jeff has focused on providing the highest quality contact center services, while maintaining Telepoint’s original core mission of providing clients with the fastest speed to launch and finding creative solutions to any program challenge. Responsible for its Strategic Direction, Jeff has expanded the call center service offerings of The Telepoint Group into live rep, automated, social media, and more.
Before starting The Telepoint Group, Jeff worked in the Corporate Finance Division of Ernst & Young and as a Research Associate for National Economic Research Associates, Inc. Jeff earned a Bachelor of Arts from Brandeis University and a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Alberto “Ccelli” Riccelli has been instrumental in building the reputation of The Telepoint Group as a premier provider of Contact Center Services. Over the last ten years, Ccelli has been involved in all aspects of Center operations, including Training, Quality Assurance, and Client Services, before becoming Director of Client Services and Chief Operating Officer. Ccelli has over 15 years of Call Center expertise across many verticals and has been nominated as Top 40 under 40 by the AAPC. Ccelli continues to work directly with both clients and Telepoint staff in the planning and execution of most programs.
Before joining The Telepoint Group Ccelli developed and implemented marketing plans for multiple Fortune 500 companies and Grammy Awarding Winning Artists and Producers.
